At Praxis Performance Studio, we provide a structured, data-driven environment for individuals seeking to reclaim their strength and independence. We are currently accepting inquiries for our inaugural Spring Trial Cohort—a limited group of 8 students entering a 12-week curriculum focused on Balanced Movement and Lifelong Stability.
Who is the Spring Group for?
For our first group starting this April, we are looking for 8 people who want to focus on moving better and staying steady. This isn't a "big box gym" experience; it's for people who want to understand how their body works and fix the small issues before they become big problems.
We are looking for:
People finishing physical therapy: If you’ve finished your sessions with a doctor or therapist but don't feel ready to workout on your own yet, this is for you. We provide the 1-on-1 attention you need to stay safe while getting stronger.
People who feel "unbalanced": If you notice you’re tripping more often, favoring one side when you walk, or just feel a bit clumsy, we can help. We’ll look at your balance and coordination to find out why you feel "off."
People who want privacy: If you find regular gyms too loud or crowded, you’ll like it here. It’s a quiet, professional space where you can focus on yourself without an audience.

New Student Field Testing of the Companies Emergency Plan aka Why:
Just as your body learns to adapt to new, healthy movements, our business has to adapt to the unexpected. We believe that for you to see real results, your training needs to stay consistent, even when life gets in the way.
We are limiting this Spring group to only 8 people so we can perfect this "always-ready" approach. We want to ensure that no matter what is happening outside, your path to feeling better stays steady and reliable.
The 12-Week Foundational Phase
All new students begin with the Foundational Phase, a mandatory 12-week 1-on-1 program. This phase is designed to find and fix the weak links in your movement before you move into more advanced training.
Phase I (Weeks 1-4): Your Movement Audit. We establish your starting metrics using segmental lean analysis and kinetic symmetry to map where your body is overcompensating and where you are losing strength.
Phase II (Weeks 5-8): Coordination & Balance. We work in a private, quiet setting to improve the connection between your brain and your muscles, restoring your natural stability.
Phase III (Weeks 9-12): Building Resilience. We apply your new foundation to the movements you do every day—walking, lifting, and reaching—ensuring your body is strong and capable.
Admissions & Professional Standards
We operate as a professional health practitioner studio to ensure your investment is both secure and effective.
Foundational Investment: Starting at $500 per month for 3 months or $1500 paid in full
NPI Certified: Our facility is registered with a National Provider Identifier (NPI), recognizing us as a professional health service.
HSA/FSA Eligibility: Your tuition may qualify for HSA/FSA pre-tax dollars. We provide a summary of our methodology for your doctor to help you secure a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).
Professional Privacy: Your health information is kept strictly private using medical-grade security standards.
