Before we talk about workouts, I want to know about you. What do you enjoy doing? What does a normal week look like? What foods make you happy? What is something you used to do that you wish felt easier today?
Then we look at where you are right now.
Can you balance on one leg? Can you comfortably get down into a squat and stand back up? How are you sleeping? How stressed are you? How does your body move compared to last month?
There is no pass or fail. The goal isn't to judge where you are. The goal is to understand where you are so we can decide where to go next.

One thing you'll hear me say often is that some days are burpee days and some days are hell-no-bro days.
Life happens. Work gets stressful. Sleep gets interrupted.
The dog decides that 3:00 AM is the perfect time to patrol the house.
Pretending those things don't affect training doesn't make much sense, so before every session we take a quick look at how you're doing and adjust from there.
Some days we progress. Some days we stay the course. Some days we go back to the fundamentals.
The goal is progress without unnecessary setbacks.

The same thing applies to nutrition. I'm not a food enforcer.
If you like Southwestern, Indian, Thai, pizza, cheesecake, or the occasional beer, let's talk about it, and make it fit. Life happens around food.
My job isn't to take away everything you enjoy.
My job is to help you understand how your body uses energy and help you make choices that support the life you want to live.
People don't usually think of themselves as athletes.
I disagree.
If you're taking the dog for a walk, carrying groceries, hiking with friends, chasing kids around the yard, or simply trying to move through life a little easier, you're an athlete too.
Some athletes begin in Guided, which provides dedicated 1:1 coaching and maximum direct support. As your confidence, movement quality, and self-management improve, you can choose to transition to Partnered training.
Dedicated 1:1 coaching focused entirely on establishing your foundation, building movement competency, and managing specific physical limitations.
You continue to receive your own individualized programming and coaching, but you work alongside one other athlete. This is not a reduction in standards, oversight, or results, it is a progression toward greater autonomy at a shared investment level.

We start with a conversation about your goals, your lifestyle, and what you'd like to do.
Look at how you move, your grip strength, and your balance, things that help me understand you. Just a starting point.
Before you leave, we'll review everything together, and talk about the next steps.
Whether you're navigating what comes next, rebuilding capacity, or focused on long-term independence, we're here to help.
